Here are some wonderful projects that Veronique Smeulders made to hang where she works, in a home for the elderly in Belgium. She thought the decorations would brighten their day. Sounds like they did that and more! It helped bring the artist out in Veronique! The projects are magnificent.

This is Duain Kelaart’s Animatronic Sea Dragon. It is really fantastic. Operates with motion in front of it. I can’t put the on this post, but you can see it in YouTube, here. Janet Davison has made two great dragons (so far!)! They have each won awards at a local state fair! Great job!
Chris Gilbert decided to give his cousin a really cool wedding gift. And he did! Look at the paper mache dragon he made for him! He named it “Prometheus” after a character in Dungeons and Dragons. Fantastic!
Patti Shirley has a wonderful sense of humor. She made this paper mache “PENNYWISE” in order to sneak it into her brother’s bathroom and give him a scare. I guess it worked! It certainly would on me! What a fantastic rendition!

Jeff Bullard works with a marching band (Mid-Carolina High School Marching Band, Prosperity, SC.) whose mascot is “Harvey” the dragon. They decided to build the mascot, complete with smoke coming out of the mouth! Very cool!
Arthur Wallis’ made this dragon for his father. It is called “The Red Terror,” understandably! Great job!
Honna O’Connell wanted to make something great for her son. And she did! Her is her son with “Knarly.” What a lucky kid!

Kseniya lives in Yekaterinburg, Russia. She has been making some great dragons! Here is a couple of them. First the blue dragon.

Christopher Solchen worked with kids from School District 197 in Minnesota this summer. They made a dragon while in the day camp. This was the only photo he was able to capture before the camp ended. It is certainly a worthy project! So here is “Storm the Dragon!” Congrats to Christopher and all the kids!
