This is Oliver (the nice looking one) from Australia. He decided to make something terrifying! And he got it! Oliver wants you to meet “Thinnamie”. Perfection!

Here are some wonderful projects that Veronique Smeulders made to hang where she works, in a home for the elderly in Belgium. She thought the decorations would brighten their day. Sounds like they did that and more! It helped bring the artist out in Veronique! The projects are magnificent.

And this is Jonas’ latest Blue dragon. Wonderful as always!

Jonas just finished dragon number 6. This one is really cool. It is “Behir” from Dungeons and Dragons. You can see a video of it’s making here. Fabulous!

It’s hard to keep up with Jonas! Here’s his new masterpiece, You will recognize “Demogorgon” from the hit show “Stranger Things”. Strange indeed! And wonderful!

Here are two paper mache projects made by Karla Gabriela Gutierrez. You might recognize the first. It is a Skeksis from the Dark Crystal movie! Fantastic! The second is Karla’s dragon. Excellent!

This is Tamara Nelson’s “Man Eating Plant.” Magnificent! I love this project. So detailed. Beautiful in ever way!

Look at this magnificent project made by Mark Bradford. It is called, rightfully, “Machine Gun Monkey.” Brilliant!

And this monkey isn’t Mark’s only masterpiece. Here are a couple more. First, his “Cheyenne Dog Soldier in Ghost dance attire.” Such detail!

And here is Mark’s “Tree Demon.” Almost calm by comparison, but still lots of intensity. Excellent work!

Katie Glenn Trusiak made this fantastic dragon for Halloween! What an amazing piece of art! What lucky neighbors! Here are some photos of the dragon in the day and the night. Wonderful!

Michael Esker finished his first dragon. Excellent! You can see videos showing him making this project here.

William Wehmeier made this incredible two headed dragon! What a great job!

Look at this fantastic Halloween project Suzanne Matthews made for her grandson. Fantastic!

Here are two great dragons made by Duane Berry! A fantastic red one he made for his mother (lucky mom!)…

…and a green one inspired by Game of Thrones. Excellent!

The photos on these pages are almost exclusively made of paper mache. But Karen Kingsley’s dragon deserves recognition even though it is made of Pal Tia, a paper and cement product that can be be used for outdoor sculptures. Look at this fantastic dragon she made after adding tile work to the Pal Tia structure! Karen teamed up with another paper mache friend of mine, Diane Sorensen, in a dragon-making challenge for charity. Very cool idea! You can see both dragons in process here.

Brian is a master craftsman, not just with the paper mache art, but with the way he embellishes the pieces with home-made weapons and various props. His goblins are fantastic. Here are a few.

Yes, that goblin is on a Warg! Excellent!

And this is a Mordle (with eyes made by Brian’s daughter!)

And a dwarf complete with chain mail!

Here are a couple wonderful projects made by Gill Heritage. The first is her wyvern (a dragon with arms aside from the wings). Under that is her “Goats and Troll at the Well.” What fun!

Rychie Floyd made a great gift for his daughter! She made a drawing that she said was like him, and then he turned the drawing into a paper mache project! This is “Smug.” What fun!

Sofia Greenberg made her firs paper mache dragon trophy for a school project. I love how this turned out with the great eyes and mouth! Excellent colors and textures!

Here is Jennifer Stensland’s “Ice Dragon”! What a beautiful piece! Love the textures and colors! Amazing!

Andy and his kids, Bella and Nate decided to make a dragon together. It became a family project. And what a fantastic dragon it turned out to be! Andy got to carry this cool dragon on the “tube” in London on the way to Nate’s “show and tell”. Lots of looks! Lots of fun!

And here they are, Andy on the left, Bella in the middle, and Nate on the right. I love this photo! I’ve been told that there is interest in making the body someday! That would be quite the challenge!

Inez decided to make her grandson, Hamish, a dragon to ride in a carnival. She ended up with two fantastic pieces!

And here is Hamish riding one! Lucky kid to have such a grandmother! Btw, he called the dragon “Wrapper” (she thinks he means “raptor'” How cute is that!)

This is Presha’s first paper mache dragon! His name is “Noz.” Amazing!

Erica and Nadia Bonhomme live in the far North, in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, Canada. That is where they race Soapbox cars. Nadia wanted a dragon themed car, and Erica (Nadia’s mother) and Nadia decided to make one! And what a wonderful car they made! This is going to be such a hit!
